 I give consent and permission for the use of video/photographs of my child/children taken while at Parent's Night Out (PNO) to be used on social media, promotional purposes, etc.
I hereby give my consent for the above child/children to take part in activities at PNO. If in the event of an emergency I cannot be reached, I give consent for the No Fences Cowboy Church staff and volunteers to get my child proper medical attention. I understand that every effort will be made possible to keep my child safe while at PNO, but accidents can occur. I agree not to hold No Fences Cowboy Church, staff, or volunteers liable for any accident or unforseen event.
